The products offered for sale are handcrafted creations made by hand.
Each product is presented with a detailed description and photographs that are as accurate as possible.
Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, slight variations may exist and do not constitute a defect.
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes.
VAT is not applicable in accordance with Article 293B of the General Tax Code.
Satyr Glass reserves the right to change its prices at any time, the price applied being that in effect at the time of the order.
The customer selects the desired products and confirms their order after verifying its contents.
Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions and a commitment to payment.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are those offered on the website at the time of ordering.
Payments are secure and no banking data is stored by Satyr Glass.
The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are given as a guide only and may vary depending on the manufacturing process and the carrier.
Satyr Glass cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons.
This right does not apply to personalized products or products made to a specific order, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned products must be unused, complete and in their original condition.
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days.
In the event of delivery of a damaged or broken product during transport, the customer is asked to report the problem within 24 hours of receiving the package.
The claim must be accompanied by photographs of the package, the packaging and the product in question.
In accordance with Article L216-4 of the Consumer Code, Satyr Glass remains responsible for the proper delivery of the product and will offer, according to the customer's choice, a replacement or a refund.
Satyr Glass cannot be held responsible for misuse of the products.
Satyr Glass's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
